Ted Ricasa – Founder
In addition to being the founder of Fast Home Help, Ted Ricasa is currently the president and chief operating officer of Einstein Medical, an online marketing company that creates websites, products, and business solutions for cash-pay healthcare professionals. He joined Einstein in 1998, when he established the company’s marketing department. Since then, he has played a vital role in the development and management of the company, both in terms of its daily operations and long-term strategies. Under his leadership, Einstein Medical has emerged as the preeminent online marketing company in the elective healthcare industry.
During his career at Einstein, Mr. Ricasa has either organized or been an active member of numerous real estate and investment clubs, including the San Diego Creative Investors Association (SDCIA), the North San Diego Real Estate Investors Association (NSDREI), and the San Diego Investment Club (SDIC). His entrepreneurial bent and keen interest in real estate date back more than two decades. He lectures frequently on real estate and Internet marketing, and is continually broadening his network of esteemed professionals in real estate, finance, search engine optimization, and Internet marketing.
Ron Meyer – Underwriter
Ron Meyer is a private investor who has been buying and selling properties since 1992 and the owner of Preferred Group USA since 1987. He has extensive experience in REO (real estate owned properties), investment properties, transactions involving residential homes, and other real estate and investment concerns. He has structured numerous win-win deals for homeowners throughout Southern California, guided by the principle that everyone he works with should walk away from his or her deal happy. He has a completely complaint-free record with every consumer protection agency in Southern California.

Kimberly Rushing – Real Estate Analyst
Along with her husband Edward, Kimberly Rushing is co-owner of White Feather Investments, a business devoted to creating exceptional real estate solutions that benefit families and investors alike. In addition to managing the company’s rental portfolio and acquiring new properties, Mrs. Rushing currently serves as the speaker concierge for the San Diego Creative Investor’s Association and works with the North San Diego Real Estate Investor's Association coordinating event marketing. Her volunteer activities include Habitat for Humanity, Officer's Wives Club, and Daybreak Church Military Wives Group.
Mrs. Rushing brings to Fast Home Help a wealth of expertise in a variety of real estate issues, along with a devotion to the same ethical and business values that are at the core of our business model. Her ultimate goal is to assist, educate, and inspire homeowners by providing them with innovative real estate strategies that are tailored to their unique needs and goals.
Edward Rushing – Real Estate Analyst
In addition to co-owning White Feather Investments with his wife Kimberly, Edward Rushing is an active duty Marine officer who has been serving his country with pride for more than a decade. Indeed, Captain and Mrs. Rushing began their investing careers by buying properties in military towns and turning them into rentals. Over the years, they graduated from single family homes to commercial buildings, turning their unique niche into a profitable rental portfolio. They have also established a reputation for finding and wholesaling profitable "turn-key" rental properties for other investors.
Captain Rushing has been deployed four times, including three combat tours to Afghanistan. His next duty station will be the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California, where he will attend the Command and Staff College before moving to his next command. As part of the Fast Home Help team, he contributes drive, enthusiasm, and an intimate knowledge of all aspects of real estate, as well as a shared desire to better local communities and, by extension, our nation.
Fred Eckert – Title Representative
Fred Eckert has more than two decades of experience as a sales representative and assistant vice president for Chicago Title, serving the greater San Diego area. Mr. Eckert specializes in foreclosure prevention, short sales, charitable institutions, and bank owned properties. He holds a Master’s Degree in business and is a highly respected speaker and trainer in his field. His book 198 Super Things to Think, Say and Do has earned acclaim among investment and real estate professionals throughout the nation.
Mr. Eckert served as a helicopter pilot in the United States Navy for more than 20 years before joining Chicago Title. Prior to that, he worked as a reporter for Dun & Bradstreet.
Richard Worcester – Short Sale Specialist
Richard Worcester specializes in transactions involving distressed real estate properties. He is licensed as both a real estate professional and a general contractor in the state of California. As the president of the Hilltop Group of Companies, he has earned a reputation for creating deals that benefit both real estate investors and sellers. He has a particular talent for working with homeowners toward the elimination of their debts through short sales of their properties.
Mr. Worcester has been helping homeowners find solutions to a variety of real estate problems since 1984. He frequently speaks at real estate investment meet-ups, advising prospective investors on such issues as mortgages and contracts.
